Ducks -Longtailed, Hooded Merganzers, Buffleheads and Gadwells

On Monday last week Janice and I went to Humber Bay. I was totally amazed by the colour of the Gadwells even with no lighting. Today I went with Carol, Pat and Nancy to get a repeat of ducks. What a thrill watching the duck doing the mating ritual, chasing one another in the water and enjoying the sun.

Hooded Merganzers - all the males were trying to get the attention of the females.
