Wood Ducks, Green Heron and more July 24, 2010

A small marsh above Pickering held some nice surprised, adult and young wood ducks, one green heron, a pair of blue herons, shorebirds, turtles and more. I also heard a Viriginia Rail deep in the marsh.




Look deep as the green heron was hidden in the branches on the other side of the pond.
