Purple Martins and Great Blue Heron July 4, 2010
At Whitby Shores I saw a new bird for me-Purple Martin. Janice and I were amazed by the flight, colour and behaviour of them. The male was amazing - deep colours. While taking photos of the Purple Martins a Great Blue Heron flew overtop of us.
