A bit of patience and finally a snowy owl comes in close. No need to go on private property just sit on the road, drink a coffee, talk to a friend, enjoy the scenary and eventually they will come close. Was this case with this beauty. jen and I drove around and came back to same location 2 hours later and there she was. No chasing.
Tough lighting but very pleased to see this healthy female snowy owl.
