Male Snowy Owl - Dec 14 2011

The male snowy owl was sitting on the top of the tree. I could see it from the top of the hill. I kept saying to myself Stay on the tree, don't fly lol. When I got to the tree I drove past and then turned around so I could shot a few shots from my car. He really was not interested in me. He was very interested in the crows trying to mob him. He would scream and scream at them. finally he had enough and flew into the fields. WOW the best part was that the sun was just coming up. So you will see a golden glow on his chest.
