| A male Great Horned Owl getting ready to be released back in the wild. Back in Feb 2012 Alan Jacobs rescued the owl from the water. Toronto Wildlife Centre helped in the rescue of the owl and then sent it to The Owl Foundation for care. It is now 3 months later it is ready for release. I was so happy to be asked to do the pickup and release.The release went perfect. Out of the box and into the wild. |
