Wolf - our second one on March 30, 2013

Thanks to some great eagle eyed spotting by Charlotte England we had our second wolf of the weekend. This wolf was hunting on the edge of the ice. This wolf behaviour was very different as he was laying down when we first saw him but he was watching with interest in the beavers in the water. He left once more cars pulled over to see what we were watching. His movement when he left were not quick but a slow pace across the lake and into the woods. I am sure by the time we were 5 kms away he was back hunting. Again to see the photos better double click to see them full size.
