A juv merlin was being chased by the Kingfisher. Notice a full crop on the second shot. The kingfisher dissappeared and the Merlin sat in the middle of the marsh.






Jen and I were busy watching the egret when the kingfisher started to chase a hawk. After looking at the shots it was a merlin.
