Virginia Rail - First time I have actually seen the whole bird - July 5, 2010
Finally a Virginia Rail. This bird played games with Janice and I for the longest time. We could hear him and occasionally see him running between the marsh leaves. Boy are they fast. Then suddenly he decided to cross the road. Here are a few of the shots I took.
