The Florida Scrub-Jay is a threatened Florida species. Donna, Janet and I went looking for them on Merritt Island. Janet remembered hearing someone talking about them and so away we went. Arrived in the area and asked the warden if they had seen any that day. She said "Yes mam there are 15 over there on the ground" Well bite me. Donna parked the car and we all jumped out to have a look. If all birds were so easy to find.
