Harris Hawk Birds in Flight course March 8, 2010
Over 4 hours we had the opportunity to photograph many hawks, owls and a bald eagle. This amazing birds in flight course was hosted by Ray Barlow. I will give more details on the Canadian Raptor Conservancy work as well. This page will be of the Harris Hawk, Parabuteo unicinctus, formerly known as the Bay-winged Hawk or Dusky Hawk, is a medium-large bird of prey which breeds from the southwestern United States south to Chile and central Argentina. The Harris Hawk is a popular species in falconry.
